BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Vito Coppola says 'love you' in joint Sarah Hadland message

by · Manchester Evening News

Vito Coppola has once again declared his love as he shared a new joint message with his dance partner Sarah Hadland as their Strictly Come Dancing journey continues.

The pair have returned to training this week after making it through to another week in the BBC One dance contest. Sarah and Vito wore matching colourful pink and yellow outfits for their latest performance, a Samba to Do It Do It Again by Rafaella Carrà, over the weekend.

While Sarah was called a "force" by Motsi Mabuse and head judge Shirley Ballas hailed her as "an absolute charm to watch", some Strcitly fans felt the actress and the Italian dancer weren't fairly rewarded for their efforts despite a very respectable 32 points out of a possible 40.

Luckily, fans voted in their droves and Sarah and Vito made it through to Strictly's upcoming Halloween special, which will take place during the next live show on Saturday night (October 26).

It wasn't until Monday evening (October 21) that Vito took to social media to address him and Sarah making it through to another week of Strictly's 20th-anniversary series.

In a video posted to Instagram, shared as the pair hit the red carpet with their Strictly co-stars at the Pride of Britain Awards 2024, said: "We want to say, me and Trilly, thank you so much. A big thank you because we got through to the next week because of you, because you supported us and you voted for us."

Sarah also excitedly shared her thanks alongside him as she admitted of their Samba: "It was hard work but we did it!" Vito added: "We will give our best to show you how much we appreciate and how much we are grateful and thankful for your support and your votes." Sarah agreed and as the blew kisses to the camera, Vito added: "We will keep dancing!"

Alongside the post, Vito also commented: "Thank you Thank you Thank you beautiful people. We are so happy to be able to keep dancing and it’s because of YOU. Honestly all you love and you support is making our hearts full of joy and we are so so grateful.

"We will keep giving our 110% because it’s our only way to show you the gratitude and the appreciation for all your support. Love you all. Trilly and Vito #teamtiramisu." And it was Strictly co-star Tasha Ghouri who was quick to respond, writing: "My faves," with red heart emoji in the comments section.
