Eight years in the making, director David Lee Fisher’s new take on the horror classic Nosferatu has finally been unleashed, the film now available on Digital through Prime Video.

Titled Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror, the new indie horror movie has been described as a remix of the 1922 original with new actors, dialogue, sound, and musical score.

Starring Doug Jones (Hellboy, The Shape of Water) as Count Orlok, you can digitally purchase the film via Prime Video for $4.99 today. Sink your teeth into the trailer below.

In Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror

“Summoned to a faraway castle, a land clerk embarks on a harrowing journey into the unknown as his innocent wife falls under the spell of a terrifying shadow.”

This movie is scene-for-scene the same story as the original silent film, but with a new cast and a green screen element for every frame of the movie. “What will be filled in that green screen is a digitally created backdrop from the original film,” Bloody Disgusting has been told.

Not to be confused with the Robert Eggers-directed Nosferatu starring Bill Skarsgård, A Symphony of Horror is also available on outlets including Fandango at Home.
