Spa days are supposed to be a nice way for you to relax and unwind – but one woman found herself mortified when a random man made a huge confession to her.

The woman, who posts on TikTok under the username @pink_stars_aligned, said that she was "f**king shocked" at what the man admitted to her, sharing that "his wife doesn't know about" what he told her.

She said she was "minding her own business and enjoying life" in a steam room when a man came in and they exchanged some general pleasantries before things took a turn.

She said that they discussed the weather, and the man mentioned he had an Audi he'd just cleaned. She was worried he seemed materialistic but decided to hear him out anyway, as he said he had an "interesting story."

The man shared that he had to fly for business recently but first had to take his Audi to the garage because it had been "playing up." He explained his plan was to take his car to the garage and then get a taxi to the airport and collect his car after his week away.

His wife then asked him if he could take the kids to the childminder on the way to the Audi garage to drop them off, and he agreed. At this point, the TikToker admitted she thought it was a "boring conversation."

"Until, he says, he gets up in the morning, says goodbye to the wife, puts the two kids in the car - now these two kids are in child seats, so I'm guessing they're under the age of seven, maybe, he didn't elaborate. He puts them in child seats, puts his work stuff in, and he sets off," she said.

"Does what he needs to do, get his petrol, gets to the Audi garage, goes in, hands his keys over, and he's like, 'this light keeps coming on on my dash, so it's booked in for today, but I'm gonna be away for a week so there's no rush as long as it's done for next Monday when I'm back'."

Then, she reported that he got into the Uber to the airport, had breakfast and a coffee, and was "literally going up the stairs" when he got a call from the Audi garage. He explained that he thought "that was quick", but thought he should answer it as they may need answers about something before they start to do the work.

"So he answers it, and the receptionist is like 'Hey, you dropped your Audi off with us a couple of hours ago' and he was like yeah, yeah, and she was like, 'So are you coming back today?" the woman recalled.

The man explained he was going away for work so wouldn't be able to go and pick his car up, but the receptionist asked him again whether he was going back today. The receptionist then said: "We've just gone to get your car to take it into the garage to look at it, and there's two kids in the back."

The woman was mortified, but she was even more horrified to learn about how he apparently dealt with the situation – by conference calling the garage and the child-minder and asking them to sort it out between themselves.

"So I said, 'Oh my god, what did your wife say?'," the TikToker added. "He said, 'She doesn't know; I've not told her'." She continued: "I've not got kids, and I was appalled."
