(FILES) Sean Combs 'P. Diddy' arrives for the 2018 Met Gala on May 7, 2018, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. More sexual assault claims have been filed against Sean Combs in New York, after the rap mogul known as "Diddy" and R&B singer Cassie settled a suit alleging physical abuse and rape last week. A lawsuit filed November 23 by Joi Dickerson-Neal alleged she had been "drugged, sexually assaulted and abused" in 1992 by the rapper, also known as "Puff Daddy," and that he had filmed and distributed the acts as "revenge porn." The suits have been submitted under the New York Adult Survivors Act, a law that opened a one-year window for sexual assault claims to be filed that otherwise happened too far in the past to litigate. A-List male star in alleged P. Diddy sex tape 'feel's like he's being victimised again'

A source close to a male celebrity allegedly caught on tape with P.Diddy says he has been horrified by claims the footage is being shopped around.

A source close to an A-list star has claimed the celebrity who was allegedly involved in a sex tape with Sean 'Diddy Combs' is now horrified over claims the alleged tape is being shopped to media outlets.

According to the New York Post, the celebrity feels as though it is a "betrayal" and a "violation". An insider close to the star said: "It’s triggering. It feels like a betrayal and a violation, and it’s causing a lot of issues. It brings up some really disturbing and bad memories."

Last month Combs, otherwise known as P.Diddy was placed under arrest and detained without bail on federal charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The 54-year-old rapper has denied all charges, with his attorney asserting that the music tycoon is "an innocent man with nothing to hide".

He remains in prison in New York, the Mirror reports.

According to reports, more than one person is said to be trying to sell footage of alleged "freak-offs" with the rapper. It is claimed the tape shows a man, who appears to be Combs, and another man in an intimate embrace with the star. And according to The New York Post, both of their faces are visible in the footage.

The insider reportedly told the publication: "It’s a total nightmare. He feels like he was victimized years ago and is now being victimized yet again. If this footage gets out, it will follow him for life. It will be on the internet forever." Another source close to the celebrity claimed: "There’s not much he can do about it, if there was a video taken without his knowledge that somehow gets out. So all he can do is pray. He’s praying that this all goes away."

During an appearance on NewsNation, a lawyer named Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who says that she works for a number of Sean's accusers, said she has seen stills of the video but has not watched the entire footage. Ariel alleged: "Mr. Combs was in the tape and this other person is — I would venture to say, more high-profile than Mr. Combs. I can verify that it exists. That it’s real and that the other person in the video is very visible. There’s no question of if it’s that person in the video." In response to her claims, Sean's legal team has vehemently denied knowledge of the video, claiming she was seeking "publicity and attention."
