Coronation Street actress Lucy Fallon, known for her role as Bethany Platt, has shared an update on her pregnancy, confirming she's now over six months pregnant. The star is expecting her second child, a girl, with boyfriend Ryan Ledson.

The couple announced their exciting news in a sweet video posted to their Instagram accounts in August. In the clip, Lucy and Ryan are seen playing with their one-year-old son, Sonny Jude, at home before the camera pans to Lucy, cradling her growing bump and Sonny holding a scan picture.

Lucy captioned the post: "Half way there". This indicates that Lucy is now in her third trimester but continues to juggle her work on the cobbles with her personal life.

Last week, she shared a series of photos on Instagram, including a mirror selfie taken in a shop's changing room where she showcased her baby bump in a maroon gym outfit, oversized scarf and rust-coloured cap. She also shared recent scan images and snapshots of quality time spent with her young son, captioning the post "Recently," accompanied by star and yellow heart emojis.

Lucy has offered another peek into her six-month journey of her second pregnancy, collaborating in an advertisement with Floradix. In the advert, Lucy shared: "Being six months pregnant whilst running around after a toddler is not for the weak and the tiredness I've experienced this pregnancy is wild.", reports the Manchester Evening News.

Alongside the promotional video, 28 year old Lucy advised her followers: "6 months pregnant with a toddler is not for the weak! I've been taking @floradixuk liquid iron and vitamin formula twice daily to help maintain healthy iron levels during pregnancy, and my energy has definitely been boosted! " But she also issued a caution: "Quick reminder though – always check with your doctor before starting any supplements, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or on meds. Floradix is here to help with iron levels, not treat or prevent illnesses! " Fans quickly began pouring comments of support.
