Tom Holland confirms Spider-Man 4 filming stars next summer

British star Tom Holland recently shared more details regarding his next project, the highly-anticipated, Spider-Man 4. The actor shared that he would begin shooting the film from next summer.

British star Tom Holland is excited about doing the next installment of Spider-Man. Holland shared his excitement on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and said that the shooting will begin from next summer.

Speaking to the host, Tom Holland said, "It's happening. Next summer, we start shooting, everything's good to go. We're nearly there. Super exciting. Yeah, I can't wait."

The next chapter of the Spider-Man movie will be a sequel to No Way Home. The 2021 release was a box office success and saw Holland sharing screen space with previous Spider-Man stars such as Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures are yet to make the official announcement.

The news of the new Spider-Man movie comes amid reports claiming that Holland will be headlining acclaimed director Christopher Nolan's next, which will likely be a period vampire movie. The film will also star Matt Damon, as per reports.

"Zendaya and I sat down and read it together and we at times were like bouncing around the living room. Like this is a real movie worthy of the fans’ respect, but there [are] a few things we need to figure out before we can get that really going. But it’s exciting, and I’m really, really excited about it. We’re trying to get it going as soon as possible. Things are looking great, but there’s still a lot of moving pieces that need to come together for us to hit the ground running,” Holland had earlier shared about the Marvel script.

Tom Holland was last seen in the Apple TV Plus miniseries, The Crowded Room.
