Arshad Warsi believes only Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan enjoy stardom

Arshad Warsi has been in the news for his comments against Prabhas. Now, he has opened up about his thoughts on stardom.

Arshad Warsi has been in the news ever since he made comments on Prabhas for his film, Kalki 2898 AD. He stated that Prabhas was made to look like a joker. This comment did not go well with fans and people started criticising him. He was badly trolled and many actors also slammed him for these comments against Prabhas. Later, Arshad also clarified that Prabhas is a brilliant actor and when he made the joker remark, he was only speaking about the character and not the person. However, his comments became the talk of the town and people still troll him for calling Prabhas a joker.

Arshad Warsi talks about stardom

Arshad is now all set to portray a lead role in Bandaa Singh Chaudhary. He spoke to Bollywood Bubble and opened up about his thoughts on stardom. He said that unfortunately, stardom today is become a manufactured product, it is not real anymore. He shared that it is an illusion and is created and manufactured stuff.

He shared that for him stardom is Dilip Kumar, Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan. He called them stars and that only they have stardom. He added that these stars don’t need social media for anybody to know that these people are stars. Arshad Warsi said that this is what is stardom and not the followers one has or the followers one bought.

He further went on to criticise social media influencers and said that there is no content to it, there is no solid talent to it. He admires the work of these influencers but that is not a long lasting thing. He further said that true success comes from honest hard work and honest talent.
