Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan are two of the biggest superstars in India. The duo has a great fan following in the country. SRK and Salman often give their fans friendship goals. During each other's good or bad times, they have made sure to be there for each other whenever possible. But did you know that there was a time when the two had a terrible fallout that lasted for years? It was considered one of the biggest public fights in the film industry.

In 2008, there were reports that Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan had a public spat at Katrina Kaif's birthday. The fight was so intense that the duo did not speak to each other for several years. Usually, Salman doesn't speak much about such matters. But in an interview, the superstar expressed how hurt he was with his fallout over SRK.

In this entertainment news, we would like to inform that years ago, Salman Khan spoke about his fallout on the Aap Ki Adalat show. The Wanted actor said that he felt a deep and familial connection with SRK, like an elder sibling. The superstar opened up about how hurt he was and said, "I have always loved Shah Rukh like a younger brother. Somewhere I am hurt."

Further in 2011, Karan Johar asked Shah Rukh Khan about his fight with Salman Khan. On Koffee With Karan, KJo asks sRK if he feels Salman might resent him due to the fight over the distance. To this, the Dunki star said that it is challenging for him to maintain friendship and he didn't blame any of them for being hurt. SRK took full responsibility and said that any negative feelings towards Salman were a reflection of his own actions.

Meanwhile, ever since Salman and SRK became friends again after their big fallout, they have been each other's pillar of strength. In 2017, SRK appeared in Salman's Tubelight and in the 2023 film Tiger 3. On the other hand, Salman made a cameo in the 2018 film Zero and the 2023 film Pathaan.
