Singer Kim Hyun Sung revealed he married former Badkiz member Monika 2 years ago.

On September 27, Kim Hyun Sung announced the marriage with the photo above on social media, sharing he visited Monika's relatives in a small town near Stuttgart, Germany for family gathering. He expressed, "I visited a small village near Stuttgart, Germany to meet Monika's relatives. I attended her cousin's birthday as her husband. I truly felt like a member of her family after laughing and crying with them over 10 days."

Kim Hyun Sung further revealed he and Monika, who is 13 years his junior, had tied the knot in 2022. The wedding ceremony was held hurriedly because of a family member's deteriorating health. He wrote, "We couldn't tell anyone because the wedding took place on short notice due to the deteriorating health of family members. Though it's a little late, I'd like to officially announce our marriage."

Kim Hyun Sung rose to fame in 1997 and has since faced health challenges, while Monika debuted in 2014 and has been a solo artist since 2018.
