Jinyoung welcomed back by Yugyeom, BamBam, and fans after successfully completing his mandatory military service + hints at GOT7's comeback

On November 7 KST, GOT7 member and actor Jinyoung was welcomed back by fans after successfully completing his mandatory military service.

On this day, Jinyoung made an appearance in front of the fans and the press for a short interview, sharing his thoughts on his military discharge. When he came and stood in front of the makeshift photo wall prepared for him, he was hit with a surprise hug attack from his fellow members, Yugyeom and BamBam.

On his time spent in the military, Jinyoung stated, "I enjoyed myself for a year and a half with good friends. I think I became more resilient. I promised my fans that I would be back with a healthy image, and I think I fulfilled that promise, so I'm grateful."

The idol/actor also described his plans to resume his entertainment activities immediately. He said, "I think that I will begin filming 'Unknown Seoul' soon now that I've returned." He also added on, "We are also working hard on GOT7's new album. There are others members due to enlist in a few months, so before that time comes, we want to make sure to repay our fans with an album. I think the rest of this year will be busy with filming for 'Unknown Seoul' and with preparations for GOT7's album. Please look forward to both."

Meanwhile, Jinyoung is the second member of GOT7 to complete his mandatory military service duties after Jay B. Fellow members Youngjae and Yugyeom are expected to begin their duties soon.
