Nicola Peltz Beckham looks like spitting image of Victoria

Nicola Peltz Beckham has channelled her mother-in-law, Victoria Beckham, with her new hairstyle in another striking example of how the Spice Girl has given style inspiration to her sons' partners.  

The 29-year-old actress, who resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Brooklyn Beckham, took to Instagram yesterday to post a picture with Posh Spice's signature bob. 

The haircut - styled straight and round-brushed - was part of Victoria's trademark in the late 90s and contributed to her fame both inside and outside of her band, the Spice Girls. 

The mother-of-four sent fans into a frenzy last month when she went back to her short brunette locks when celebrating Romeo's birthday in Las Vegas - after having long tresses for a number of years. 

And it seems Nicola wanted to pay tribute to Victoria's glory days by getting the iconic look.

She posted a picture on Instagram yesterday by a gas pump and captioned the chic snap: 'Passenger Princess'.

The Transformers star put her best fashion forward in a casual ensemble - donning a pair of grey sweatpants, which she rolled down to show off her toned midriff. 

But she sported a tight black vest top with spaghetti straps - reminiscent of something Victoria would wear, as the chic shade was her trademark colour two decades ago.

Nicola paired the relaxed look by donning a pair of black oversized sunglasses, an accessory that Victoria would commonly wear in the early noughties.

Many fans flooded the comments to compliment Nicola on her new hair, with some saying that she looks like the spitting image of Brooklyn's mother.

One wrote: 'Posh Spice vibes.'

Another penned: 'Living the posh spice hair. Loving it. Living for it.'

A third said: 'Short hair is giving!'  

A fourth commented: 'Your hair looks gorgeous and love the colour.' 

But things haven't always been smooth sailing between the pair, as Nicola and Victoria have had a rocky past.

However, it is not just Nicola who is looking to Victoria for style inspiration, as Cruz Beckham's new girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, has been mimicking the former popstar.

The Brazilian singer, 29, who is ten years Cruz's senior, has displayed her remarkable resemblance to the former Spice Girl on numerous occasions.

Sporting similar looks, hairstyles, and dresses it seems Victoria, 50, could be one of Jackie's style icons. 

A fan of the iconic little black dress, Jackie wore a similar dress as Victoria did back in 1999 when she attended the VH1 5th birthday in London. 

Sporting a pixie cut at the time, Victoria looked sensational in the black halter neck dress which flashed plenty of skin at the sides. 

And Jackie wore a similar black dress with mesh paneling as she wowed in a black and white Instagram snap.

On another occasion, both women also put on a very leggy display as they paired a mini black dress with tights for a stylish look.

While Victoria opted for a mini black blazer dress and lacy black tights, Jackie opted for a tiny strapless dress with black tights as she styled a similar ensemble.

Meanwhile the pair are both a fan of a white shirt after Jackie was seen sporting a similar to fit to Victoria's get up in the iconic scene from the Beckham Netflix series where she declared her dad drove her to work in a Rolls Royce. 

Even when out and about Cruz and Jackie spark a young resemblance to Posh and Becks in their baseball caps and sports tops. 

The duo are also both a fan of a bikini top fashion statement with Posh Spice opting for a white bikini top and mini white skirt while on stage with the Spice Girls back in 1997. 

Jackie also opted for just a bra top, instead flashing plenty of skin in a black bra and floral skirt in a stunning snap.
