Third World War Would Be Nuclear And Disastrous, Russian Foreign Minister

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Russia of trying to force him into concessions by continuing to press its invasion.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday that if a third World War were to take place, it would involve nuclear weapons and be destructive, the RIA news agency reported. Earlier, a Kremlin spokesman had said a Russian delegation will be ready on Wednesday evening to resume talks with Ukrainian officials about the war in Ukraine. He did not indicate where the talks could take place. There was no immediate word from Ukrainian authorities about their plans.
