The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Saturday alleged a 'deep conspiracy' to eliminate its convener Arvind Kejriwal and warned that the Bharatiya Janata Party will be responsible if anything happens to him.

In a press statement, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said two people who were members of BJP's youth-wing organisation, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, allegedly attacked Kejriwal during his foot march in west Delhi.

In response to AAP's claim, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva asserted that Kejriwal should not have an issue if the public is questioning him.

However, no video of the alleged incident was made available immediately by the party. Kejriwal is a Z-plus protectee. A senior police officer said that they haven't received any official complaint from the AAP yet.
