The Supreme Court has reserved judgement in the suit aimed at declaring the operations of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) illegal.

The issues in this case can be easily summarised as follows. One, the plaintiffs argue that the EFCC Act is unconstitutional.
