Appeal after 'man hit on head by woman' in Derby
by Kirstie McCrum · Derbyshire LivePolice have issued an appeal after reports that a man was hit on his head by a woman in Derby. Officers are seeking anyone who saw what happened near the Five Lamps pub on August 15
The incident occurred on Duffield Road, near the fuel station and the Five Lamps pub, at around 5.30am. Police say a man was hit on the head by a woman.
A woman in her 30s has been arrested in connection with the incident. She has been bailed as enquiries continue.
A Derbyshire Police spokesperson said: "We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident as well as anyone with any information. We know there were three young men in the area at the time and we’d like to speak to them as they may have information which could help with our investigation.
