3 people injured after crash involving lorry and two cars on the A52 in Derbyshire

Officers were called to the A52 Painters Lane near Ednaston - between Derby and Ashbourne - at 9.10pm on Monday (November 4) following reports of a collision in the area.
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service also attended the scene, issuing a statement at 10pm which read: "We are currently dealing with an incident on the A52 near Yeldersley. Please try to avoid the area at this time. Thank you for your patience."
Derbyshire police confirmed that three people sustained injuries in the collision, which involved a lorry, a BMW 3 Series and an Audi A3. One person was treated at the scene by paramedics, and the other two attended hospital. Their injuries have since been described as "not life-changing or threatening".
A spokesperson for the force said: "We received a call to report a collision between three vehicles on the A52 Painters Lane, Ednaston, at 9.10pm yesterday evening. The related stretch of the A52 was closed until the early hours of this morning, while vehicle recovery work took place.
