Yansab’s profits near SAR 455m in 9M-24; revenues leap 51.5% - Mubasher Info

Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab)posted net profits valued at SAR 454.90 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2024, against losses worth SAR 503.60 million in 9M-23.

Revenues stood at SAR 4.67 billion in the January-September 2024 period, up 51.39% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 3.08 billion, according to the interim financial statements.

Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to SAR 0.81 in 9M-24, versus a loss per share of SAR 0.90 in 9M-23.

Financials for Q3-24

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, Yansab registered SAR 130.60 million in net profit, compared to net losses valued at SAR 161.30 million a year earlier.

The company recorded 48.25% YoY higher revenues at SAR 1.62 billion in Q3-24, versus SAR 1.09 billion.

Quarterly, the Q3-24 net profits dropped by 41.90% from SAR 224.80 million in Q2-24, while the revenues declined by 1.75% from SAR 1.65 billion.

As of 31 March 2024, Yansab also turned profitable at SAR 99.50 million, against net losses of SAR 369.70 million in Q1-23.
