First Dates viewers were left stunned as a famous children's TV star appeared in the restaurant looking for love. Sian Taylor, a 24-year-old art teacher, revealed she actually had a part in a very famous children's cartoon when she was younger.

She introduced herself, telling Channel 4 viewers: "I was Zoe Zebra in Peppa Pig. My legacy." Sian voiced the character in the popular show in series two to four.

Sian revealed she had been single for over 4 years. She told barman Marvin: "It's a long while. I thought I'd just jump back in...making a connection with somebody would be absolutely incredible."

Sian was paired with Sophia, also 24, from London who works as a robot technician. Sophia admitted she'd rather hang out with a robot than go on a date and said she wanted to date someone intelligent and interested in the same things as her.

They later discussed strange talents, and Sian revealed she could make her eyes vibrate, and both revealed they had lost confidence after their previous relationships ended abruptly.

Sian broke down in tears as she said her confidence had been badly affected after her relationship with her old best friend failed. She said: "I made friends with all of her friends...it ended up being very bitter and i ended up being ostracised from my friends."

Luckily, things went smoother on this date for the pair and they both agreed to see each other again. Sophia said Sian's 'style was cool' and her intelligence was attractive.
