Stacey Solomon has quit her job as she announces shock career news in an emotional message to fans. The BBC Sort Your Life Out star, who shot to fame on ITV The X Factor before becoming a ITV I'm A Celebrity and Loose Women favourite, confirmed the news on Wednesday (September 19).

Mum-of-five Stacey, who is married to EastEnders alum Joe Swash, has quit as an ambassador for InTheStyle where she has worked since back in 2021. She said: "Today has been a wonderful but emotional day as I shot my LAST EVER collection for InTheStyle.

"I have loved every single second of being able to design & create clothing with the most incredible team & literally bring my dreams to life." Stacey added: "Throughout this year I’ve thought a lot about work/family balance & things that have needed to be prioritised.

"So I’ve decided to say goodbye to In The Style and other things so that I can give more of myself back to my family.” She added: "We wanted to end on a high, so this last collection has every bit of love we could possibly give it & it only felt right to end it in my favourite season."

The BBC recently revealed the future of Stacey's show Sort Your Life Out. The broadcaster has renewed the BBC One hit for a fifth series. And Stacey and Joe will reportedly star in a fly-on-the-wall series for the Beeb.

Per reports, it will be set in their Essex home, known as Pickle Cottage. Slated for next year, it will reportedly feature the couple and their six children, aged between one to 16. An insider previously told The Sun: "Stacey and Joe are such homebodies and love nothing more than spending time with their children.

"The series is set to be a huge hit, given the chaos that comes with a big family. Stacey and Joe will also not hold back when it comes to showing the highs and lows of family life. Fans can expect to see an unfiltered version of a busy household."
