Knuckle duster and suspected drugs seized during Solihull raid

Police seized a quantity of suspected Class A drugs and a knuckle duster during a raid in Solihull. Officers made the discovery after executing a warrant at an address in Dickens Heath Road on Thursday morning (Oct 31).

A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply and having an offensive weapon. He remains in custody and waits questioning.

Solihull Police posted details of the incident on social media. They said: "We've recovered suspected Class A drugs and a knuckle duster after executing a warrant in Solihull this morning.

"The Solihull LPA priority crime team acted on information and carried out a raid at an address in Dickens Heath Road. We made the recoveries and arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of possessing drugs with intent to supply and having an offensive weapon. He remains in custody for questioning."

The statement added: "Drugs ruin lives and fuel further crime. We'll continue to identify suspected dealers and take drugs off our streets."
