The 'beautiful' £35 Marks & Spencer jumper that's 'a bit special'

A 'beautiful' jumper that was 'a bit special' has been in demand with Marks & Spencer shoppers. Fans said the 'versatile' Cable Knit Embellished Jumper was 'cosy' and could be worn 'day and night'.

The cappuccino-coloured Cable Knit Embellished Jumper comes in sizes XS to XL, although customers have warned it 'fits a little big'. M&S said the £35 jumper would "add a touch of sparkle to your knitwear collection", with its "timeless" textured cable knit and "glamorous" pearl-look embellishment.

The retailer said the 'popular' jumper had been snapped up 20 times in the last 48-hours. Overall, shoppers gave the Cable Knit Embellished Jumper a 4.1 star rating. Angela said it was "great quality for the price" and added: "This is an excellent jumper. Bought as a Christmas jumper but not overtly winter scene, can be worn at any time. I usually buy a size 16 but bought a size M. I love it."

Imelda's review of the Cable Knit Embellished Jumper read: "Looks and feels lovely. Shall be wearing on weekend break where it tends to be chilly and know it will be cosy, comfortable and it’s embellishment - a bit special!" Sue wrote: "Can be dressed up or down. Versatile. Good quality. Quite thick."

A five-star reviewer said: "A beautiful jumper and no wool! I can’t wear wool so it excludes a lot of jumpers. This is well made and well designed. Comes up big. I ordered large as I’m a busty 16-18 but this was very baggy. Am hanging on to it as I’ve ordered the medium to see if it’s a better fit. The pearls are understated and just makes it a little more special but is suitable for both day and night."

Chris gave the Cable Knit Embellished Jumper three-stars and said: "I really liked the look of this jumper with the style of knitting and lovely beading, but when it arrived I was disappointed. The medium size felt too wide and was too short for me." Another said: "Lovely jumper but way too short in the body - more like a cropped style."
