Three men were arrested after police say they found drugs and knives in a car following a chase. Officers on patrol spotted a suspected drug deal taking place and asked a car to stop on New Moseley Road, in Highgate, on Wednesday.

The occupants ignored the officer's command and drove off. A short pursuit followed during which the car was seen spinning out of control before coming to a stop. One person was detained at the scene by police but two other men managed to run off.

Using dogs, officers managed to track the two other suspects in the Camp Hill Circus area. During a search of the car a quantity of class A and class B drugs were recovered along with two knives.
