Strictly Come Dancing’s Johannes Radebe has shared a three-word response to one fan who voiced concern that he hasn’t been his ‘joyous self lately’.

The professional dancer, 37, has returned to the dance floor for another year and has been paired with Olympic sprinter Montell Douglas. Throughout the competition they have managed to impress the judges and viewers watching at home with their incredible moves.

However fans have been concerned about the South African dancer's wellbeing as they claimed that he hasn’t been himself.

A fan shared a screenshot of the comment on a Strictly Come Dancing fan page and said: “For those who have been worried about JoJo, he has responded to someone who asked that question on last night’s Instagram post.”

The comment from a concerned fan read: “Hope you had fun Johannes! You haven’t been your usual joyous gorgeous self lately (on Strictly). Many fans have been concerned about you lovely.”

Johannes put his fan's mind at ease and in a three-word response: “I’m okay darling.” The dancer continued: “Montel (sic) has been good to me and we’re enjoying the dancing. Hope you’re good.”

Last week, for Movie Week, Johannes and Montell performed the Tango to One Night Only from the iconic film Dreamgirls.

They scored 28 out of a possible 40 and managed to make it through week four of the competition, where they will perform a Viennese Waltz.

During a recent appearance on Strictly It Takes Two Montell opened up on the most challenging aspect of her time on the dance floor.

The star confessed that getting used to dancing in heels is no walk in the park. She said: "It's really tricky because I'm just not used to it. You have to think about choreography, dance and perform, where literally I'm holding on with my toes! I'm used to trainers, I live in them for the whole of my life. It's just finding the balance on these size 10 boots."

Montell has previously been open about her struggles with the high heels and detailed the "pain" she is in every time she dances.

Speaking to The Mirror, she said: "The hardest thing is not the routine - it's the shoes! It’s doing it in a shoe that wants to break your foot. The shoe is designed to give you pain, which she does very well actually.

"Especially because I’m just not used to it. I’m living in high heels. It’s like a night out where you have to keep your heels on all night. That’s what it feels like."
