Miranda star Sarah Hadland has been speaking about dance partner Vito Coppola - and she is pretty keen. The Miranda star has been dubbed this year's 'dark horse' in Strictly Come Dancing, with bookmakers already predicting her victory.

And she seems to be having the time of her life on another BBC show. Sarah, who also features on ITV sitcom The Job Lot, was asked if her thoughts on Vito, and didn't mince her words.

Bookies have labelled her as the "dark horse" who could potentially clinch the Glitterball trophy this series. This comes after the actress confessed to The Sun that she was instantly attracted to her professional dance partner Vito.

She admitted: "Yes, I fancied him. I'm alive, aren't I? If you're female and have a heartbeat, how could he NOT be anybody's type? ".

When Sarah was first announced for Strictly, it was revealed that she had previously trained as a ballet dancer.

Some fans argued that this gave her an "unfair advantage" on the dance floor.

This revelation followed a 2019 statement by her friend and EastEnders star Alex Kingston, who said: "Sarah Hadland and I talked about how much we'd like to do Strictly Come Dancing. Then I discovered that she's actually a trained ballet dancer. 'Hang on a minute! That's not fair! ' So, I can't do it on a season when she is on it! ".

"It's also a massive commitment and, as an actor, you never know whether you're going to be available for that time or whether it means cutting out the possibility of an acting job."

Betting shops are offering odds of 12/1 for Sarah to win the show, following a surge of bets amounting to "thousands of pounds" placed on her victory.
