Rylan Clark has opened up about his relationship with Rob Rinder and addressed speculation about his voice during an honest chat with fans. The TV and radio star had encouraged his followers to 'ask him anything' - and was very open with his answers.

He filmed the mammoth Q&A session for his YouTube channel, and there was one thing in particular he was keen to 'clear up'. The 35-year-old, who shot to fame on X Factor, was asked why he appeared to be speaking differently.

Rylan said: "So I need to clear this up because there's been news stories about this, which is so stupid. So when I'm at work, I'm a bit more like 'hi, I'm Rylan'." The star then showed a short but particularly animated clip of him during a radio show to highlight his point.

He continued: "But when I'm at home, I'm a little bite lower. So yeah, sometimes when I'm doing a video and I'm at home, wearing a tracksuit, then it's like normal voice."

Rylan was also prompted to shed some light on his relationship with Rob Rinder. Romance rumours swirled after the pair fronted their own TV show together - Rob and Rylan's Grand Tour - which aired on BBC2 earlier this year

"I can't get rid of him," Rylan said. "People thought we were dating, thought we were together, and there's nothing wrong with that thought, but we're not - we're just friends. We're like a married couple, we row all the time and don't have sex. He's very much a part of my life, I speak to him most days."
