Greenhill, of Strothers Avenue, has now been handed a suspended prison sentence and has been disqualified from driving after a hearing at Worcester Crown Court on Wednesday, October 16. For the first charge of criminal damage to property valued over £5,000, Greenhill was handed a nine month prison suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay back £1909 in compensation plus £187 victim surcharge to the homeowner.

For the second charge of criminal damage to property valued under £5000, Greenhill was handed a two month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, to run concurrently to the first suspended sentence.

For the third charge of driving a motor vehicle dangerously, Greenhill was handed a nine month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, to run concurrently to the first two suspended sentences. She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months. She has also been ordered to complete a 25 day rehabilitation activity.

Speaking after the case, PC Steras said: “As well as the deliberate damage to a house and a car, with significant financial implications, this incident caused disruption and concern in the community at the time. This is a positive result in court, with Greenhill having the opportunity to rehabilitate and pay compensation to the victim, as well as being removed from the roads.”
