Fight breaks out after crash at busy Birmingham junction

Two men have been arrested after a fight broke out following a rush hour collision. Two vehicles collided on Stratford Road at the Robin Hood Island, around 8.25am on Thursday.

Disorder erupted and the police were called to the busy junction. Two men, aged 22 and 45, were arrested on suspicion of affray.

They were later released on bail pending further investigation.

A West Midlands Police spokeswoman said: "We were called following disorder after a collision on Stratford Road at around 8.25am yesterday (9 October). Two men, aged 22 and 45, were arrested on suspicion of affray and have been bailed pending further enquiries."
