The Velvet Collared Mini Column Dress has a 4.8 star rating on Marks & Spencer's website. Ivor said: "I just loved this dress. It was classy and good quality at a reasonable price. Sadly, I had to return because it was too short in length. I have short arms so the sleeves were long on me and fitted perfect."

Sarah wrote: "This looks very sophisticated to wear a great look but I can’t do up the buttons at the top so I will have to change them with hook and eye."

And Meg added: "Lovely classy, versatile easy to wear dress. True to size and flattering, the pearl collar really enhances and lifts it. Quite short, I am a 5’2”” mature woman and will wear it with opaque tights. The sleeves are quite short which is fine for me but may be more three quarters on someone with long arms. Also be aware that the buttons on the back are impossible to fasten on your own."
