Prince Albert RCMP cancel alert about armed group after shooting
The suspects were believed to be a group of men wearing black bandanas or balaclavas. Two suspects were arrested in the Tobin Lake area.
by Saskatoon StarPhoenix · Saskatoon StarPhoenixPrince Albert RCMP issued a “civil emergency” alert Thursday morning about dangerous suspects after a driver was shot and a truck stolen north of the city.
The incident was reported around 8:30 a.m., RCMP said in a news release.
The driver was shot after being approached by several men in a vehicle while driving near the White Star elevator; the victim was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
