100 previous convictions

Blake Tobin, 40, whose address was given as No Fixed Abode, Dublin 2, was before the court for a breach of the Public Order Act.
Sgt Mary Meade stated that the defendant was in an intoxicated condition on June 3 last.
The court heard he was lying on a bench outside McDonald’s. The incident occurred in the car park.
The court was also told that 51 of his previous convictions were for breaches of the Public Order Act.
Judge Desmond Zaidan imposed a fine of €500.
