Three in hospital after fire in flats

Three people were treated in hospital following a fire in Wrexham last night. Crews from Wrexham Fire Station were called to an incident at a flat on Cefn Road.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they were called to the fire at 6.29pm. A spokesperson confirmed that all three people managed to escape safely and were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.

The cause of the fire has not yet been released. Firefighters had the blaze under control by 7.43pm, reports North Wales Live.
