Strictly Come Dancing enthusiasts were united in their reaction as they caught sight of a familiar face among the spectators during the fourth week's live show.

Former contestant and Dragons' Den entrepreneur Sara Davies was seen in the audience, cheering on EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick and she looked sensational in a vibrant red strapless gown, positioned next to comedian Alan Carr. Moments earlier, Alan had been engrossed in reading the Strictly terms and conditions while plugging his BBC quiz programme.

Having danced with professional partner Aljaz Skorjanec in the 19th series, it was clear that Sara was excited to be back, supporting her celebrity friends from the sidelines.

However, it was Sara's transformed appearance that captured the attention of viewers on social media, with one fan commenting: "Sara in the audience looks amazing - she's lost so much weight."

Another chimed in with praise, stating: "Off topic but Sara Davies looks absolutely stunning in the audience," reports the Mirror. Another viewer expressed nostalgia, remarking: "I miss her - she looks like she's having a blast."

Sara has recently achieved an impressive four-stone weight loss, now proudly wearing a size 12 following a pivotal moment in her life.

After receiving a warning from her doctor about the risk of becoming pre-diabetic and finding herself needing to go up a size in clothing, Sara was motivated to overhaul her lifestyle. She eliminated sugar completely from her diet, sharing: "I stopped having chocolate and cakes, but also cut back on carbs and ate more veg than fruit."

She revealed: "Miserable as it is, I also stopped drinking alcohol to reduce sugar. During filming, we go for dinner as a pack of Dragons, and Peter Jones has very nice, expensive taste in wine, but I feel so much better for cutting it out."

"I'm not saying I'll never drink again - I had a hamburger and gin and tonics at my 40th - but I've really enjoyed cutting down."

She credits kombucha as "life-changing", despite its appearance, as it allows her to feel like she's still enjoying a drink without the calories. Her Sunday night routine involves preparing salads, and she's picked up valuable tips from her vegan co-star Deborah Meaden.
