Davante Adams has two teams on top of his trade wish list

Davante Adams wants familiarity with his next team.

Adams, who requested a trade from the Raiders on Tuesday, is interested in joining the Jets and Saints, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Getting dealt to either of those teams would reunite Adams with one of his former quarterbacks — Aaron Rodgers in New York or Derek Carr in New Orleans.

The Jets were a popular destination mentioned in the aftermath of the initial bombshell, however not many had speculated that the Saints would be an option.

While Adams has a connection with Carr — the two played together at Fresno State and with the Raiders — they did not enjoy the same level of success together that the star receiver did with Rodgers on the Packers.

Schefter further reported that despite speculation, the receiver-needy Chiefs were an unlikely option Adams.

Other reports have mentioned the Cowboys and Steelers as possibilities.

The Raiders are reportedly willing to trade Adams, though are in no rush, and are looking for a second-round pick to headline a deal with other assets involved.

The Raiders’ relationship with Adams has crumbled quickly this season with the team struggling on offense, head coach Antonio Pierce questioning players for making “business decisions” on the field and Pierce seemingly like an Instagram post that suggested the Raiders trade the veteran.

“It’s one of those situations where I just keep my head down and keep doing my thing and let the chips fall where they may,” Adams, 31, said on “Up & Adams” on Tuesday morning when asked about his coach’s social media activity.

“There’s been no communication with anybody from the team since that became a thing, but it’s kind of just like the weekly, ‘What’s up with Tae?’ thing. It’s always some sort of drama. But, at the end of the day, 17 doesn’t create any of it.”

Adams missed last week’s win over the Browns with a hamstring injury suffered in practice and has 18 catches for 209 yards and one touchdown thus far this season.
