Mets blow Game 2 lead to Brewers to set up decisive wild card finale

The Mets had it on Wednesday night — until they didn’t.

Holding a a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the eighth, Phil Maton served up two homers, including the eventual game-winner — a two-run shot by Garrett Mitchell — as the Brewers took Game 2 of the NL Wild Card Series, 5-3.
