Dave Grohl ‘no longer working’ with divorce attorney after secret baby scandal: ‘He knows he messed up’

Dave Grohl has ditched the divorce attorney he reportedly retained before coming clean that he had cheated on his wife and welcomed a secret love child with a mystery woman.

The Foo Fighters frontman, 55, is “no longer working with a divorce attorney and instead hoping to work things out with his wife,” an insider told People on Friday.

Grohl is allegedly fighting to keep his marriage to Jordyn Blum, 48, and his family intact amid the baby scandal.

 A second source shared that the “Times Like These” singer loves his family” and has been “prioritizing” his wife and their three kids — daughters Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10 — after admitting in Sept. that he welcomed a fourth child out of wedlock.

 “He knows he messed up. It’s one of those situations where you don’t realize what you have until you’re about to lose it. He doesn’t want to lose his family,” the insider explained.

The Post has contacted Grohl’s rep for comment.

Grohl shocked the world when he announced his infidelity that produced a secret baby, but the rocker vowed he and Blum — whom he married in 2003 — would “move forward together.”

However, both Grohl and Blum were seen without their wedding rings after the news broke.

“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” the rocker shared via Instagram on Sept. 10. “I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”

“We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together,” Grohl concluded.

The rocker did not disclose the identity of his latest child’s mother. His rep told The Post at the time that he would not make any additional statements about the scandal.

Grohl has rarely been spotted his confession, canceling the Foo Fighters’ Sept. headlining gig at the Soundside Music Festival just days before the show.

His wife has not addressed the scandal; however, her relationship with her male tennis coach made headlines after Daily Mail claimed Grohl was “jealous” of their “flirty” connection.

But a source with direct knowledge told The Post, “There’s nothing going on with her tennis instructor.”

They insisted, “He’s married, and his wife is Jordyn’s friend.”

The insider further claimed Blum’s pals feel “sorry” for her, adding that some believe she may have known about his infidelity long before he came clean.

Grohl and Blum said “I do” at their home in Los Angeles 21 years ago. The pair dated for two years before tying the knot.
