She’s handling it like a boss.

Bruce Springsteen shared an update about his wife Patti Scialfa’s health in the trailer for the upcoming ABC news special, “Bruce Springsteen: Backstage and Backstreets.”

The rock legend, 75, revealed how Scialfa 71, is faring, after she revealed her cancer battle in September.

“She’s doing good,” Springsteen said.

In Springsteen’s other documentary, “Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band,” which premiered earlier in September, she revealed that she has been battling multiple myeloma, a form of blood cancer, since 2018.

The guitarist explained that her health issues are the reason why she’s taken a step back from her and Springsteen’s E Street Band.

“Touring has become a challenge for me,” Scialfa said in the doc. “This affects my immune system so I just have to be careful what I choose to do and where I choose to go.”

Scialfa has been a member of the E Street Band since 1984. She tied the knot with Springsteen in 1991. The couple share three adult kids, Evan, 34, Jessica, 32, and Sam, 30.

Their son, Sam, welcomed his daughter, Lily, in July 2022, making them grandparents.

During a November 2022 appearance on “The Graham Norton Show,” Springsteen said that his kids have “no interest” in the music part of his life. But that didn’t bother him, because, “As I always say, they don’t need a hero, they need a father.”

Regarding his wife’s cancer, “We caught it early, which was important,” Springsteen added in the new trailer for his ABC news special.

The “Born in the U.S.A.” rocker continued, “It’s a tough disease. It’s very fatiguing. She hadn’t played in the band in a long time, and people I don’t think knew why. ‘Where’s Patti?’”

In the trailer, the Grammy-winning rock star and ABC News host George Stephanopoulos visited The Stone Pony concert venue in Asbury Park, New Jersey — which was where the couple met.

Scialfa was diagnosed with blood cancer during the run of the “Springsteen on Broadway” concert residency.

At the time, the New Jersey native said she’s been absent for most of the E Street Band’s current tour, which began in February 2023 and ends in July 2025, to focus on her health.

The special airs Oct. 20 at 10 p.m. on ABC and will stream on Hulu.
