M’sian Woman Allegedly Catches Kelantan Homestay Owner Taking Photos of Her in the Toilet

@nfwhda.__ recently took to TikTok to share a chilling experience during her stay at a homestay in Kelantan. In her video, she mentioned that after arriving, her brother and his wife decided to explore the town, leaving her and her parents behind at the homestay.

Everything seemed perfectly normal until she decided to take a shower. Once inside the bathroom, she felt an unusual urge to check the window. That’s when she noticed something strange and unsettling…

The homestay owner lives right next door

She went on to describe how, while showering, she suddenly realised that someone was outside, allegedly taking pictures of her with a phone. Terrified, she screamed for help.

“I immediately called my brother, asking him to rush back. He quickly contacted the homestay owner to report that someone had been peeping through the bathroom window.”

Believing it was the owner of the homestay who snapped her photos, her brother decided to confront the owner. The man reassured them that nothing like this had ever happened with previous guests.

“My brother insisted on checking the owner’s phone, but the owner probably deleted the photos to avoid getting caught. Keep in mind, when we arrived at the homestay, it was already late, and there was no one else around except for the owner.”

He insisted that he didn’t do it

Despite the owner’s denial, she couldn’t shake the feeling that his behaviour was suspicious and odd. Her family continued to confront him, but he repeatedly claimed his innocence.

“It’s not my intention to ruin someone’s business, but don’t go as far as taking pictures of people in the bathroom. Who knows how many others have gone through this. He even had the nerve to say he was forced to admit that he was at fault.”

She further explained how the homestay owner repeatedly called her brother, claiming he couldn’t sleep and continued contacting them until the next morning.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, she shared her advice for others,

“Please, if you’re planning a vacation or even a short staycation, make sure to do some research about the place. You never know what could happen. And when you use the bathroom or any other room, take a moment to check your surroundings, don’t just walk in and go about your business. Stay safe, everyone, this advice applies to both men and women.”
