Oppo unveils familiar-looking Pad 3 Pro tablet and Enco X3 earphones

Oppo introduced the Find X8 duo yesterday with impressive cameras and Dimensity 9400 chipsets. The event also saw the debut of the Pad 3 Pro tablet and Enco X3 TWS earphones.

The tablet is actually the OnePlus Pad 2 under a new name and available in two new colors, while the Enco X3 are exactly the same as the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, with the logo on the case swapped.

Oppo Pad 3 Pro is available in China, and this is the most confusing part because the OnePlus Pad 2 is also selling in the domestic market and even in the same store.

It is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered tablet with a 12.1" LCD that supports up to 144 Hz refresh rate. The 6.75 mm slate packs a 9,510 mAh battery and runs ColorOS 14.1 out of the box. We reviewed the OnePlus version and found it to represent excellent value.

Oppo Pad 3 Pro comes in Night Blue and Dawn Gold colors and has a starting price of CNY3,299 ($460/€430) for the 8/256 GB version. The 12/256 GB is CNY3,599 ($505/€465), the 16/512 GB version costs CNY3,999 ($560/€520), and there is a variant with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage that sells for CNY4,499 ($630/€585).

For comparison, OnePlus is CNY200 ($28/€25) cheaper on the Oppo China store when memory options are the same, although it has a lower base 8/128 GB version instead of the top 1 TB option.

The Oppo Enco X3 situation is a bit more understandable, as the Buds Pro 3 are not available in China anymore. They still have the dual DACs, adaptive ANC and Dynaudio tuning that has its logo engraved on the hinge at the back of the case. The Enco X3 is currently available only in the domestic market, while the OnePlus-branded buds are selling internationally. Price is set at CNY999 ($140/€130), but we expect a cheaper option to appear later that will not support wireless charging.
