Arsenal return to Champions League action this evening as they host Shakhtar Donetsk at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners take on Shakhtar in their third league phase fixture of the competition as they look to continue their unbeaten start.

Mikel Arteta's side have four points from their opening two Champions League fixtures following the win over Paris Saint-Germain in their previous match and the opening-day draw with Atalanta.

Arsenal go into the fixture on the back of a disappointing 2-0 defeat away at Bournemouth in the Premier League at the weekend.

The Gunners will be hoping they can bounce back from the defeat at the hands of the Cherries but will be without several key players due to injury.

Martin Odegaard remains sidelined with an ankle injury, and there are also doubts over the fitness of Bukayo Saka and Jurrien Timber. Takehiro Tomiyasu and Kieran Tierney are also unavailable for Arsenal through injury.
