Chelsea's next five fixtures compared to Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City after Newcastle defeat
by Jake Stokes · football.londonChelsea will be looking to rain on Manchester United's parade this weekend, with Ruben Amorim expected to replace Erik ten Hag as head coach. Enzo Maresca will lock horns with Ruud van Nistelrooy, who's currently interim manager at Old Trafford, on Sunday afternoon as both sides look to climb the Premier League table.
The Blues head into the clash following a 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup round of 16 on Wednesday night, meanwhile, United enjoyed a 5-2 victory against Leicester City. Chelsea are currently fifth in the English top-flight, so they'll be looking to break into the top-four.
As for the Red Devils, they're 14th, rubbing shoulders with West Ham and Leicester City. So, with that being said, footbal.london have looked at Chelsea's upcoming fixtures and how they compare to their rivals.
Manchester United (A) - Premier League - Sunday, November 3
With Ruben Amorim expected to take the wheel at Old Trafford in the coming days, the Manchester United players will be determined to make a great first impression on their new head coach. The Red Devils really struggled to impress under Erik ten Hag, so they'll be looking to turn over a new page.

Noah (H) - Conference League - Thursday, November 7
After back-to-back clashes on the road, Chelsea are finally back on home turf. The Blues will be expected to ease past the Armenian outfit - and those who play will be hoping to impress and force themselves into Maresca's side for the following London derby.
Arsenal (H) - Premier League - Sunday, November 10
Chelsea have previously shown great promise against Manchester City and Liverpool already this season, so Maresca will be looking to finally take three points from the title contenders. This is also the Blues' final game before November's international break.
Leicester City (A) - Premier League - Saturday, November 23
Maresca will be hoping his side can leap out of the gates after the November international break upon his return to the King Power Stadium. The Italian joined Chelsea from Leicester City in the summer after leading the Foxes to promotion back into the Premier League.
Heidenheim (A) - Conference League - Thursday, November 28
The Blues currently sit top of the Conference League after a perfect start to the campaign. Domestically, Heidenheim have had a mixed start to the season, sitting 10th in the Bundesliga. But, in Europe, they too have won each of their first two games.
