Kanye West has broken his silence over the divorce drama with wife Bianca Censori after it took a nasty turn with 'tailing' accusations.

The 47-year-old rapper has hit back at allegations made since splitting from Bianca, 29, in which he has been accused of hiring a 'fixer' to follow his wife and also to investigate the Kardashian family - Kanye was previously married to Kim Kardashian and shares four children with her.

It has been reported that Kanye wanted investigators to 'tail' Bianca while she was abroad but representatives for the rapper have rubbished the claims and denied that Kanye had instructed anything like that to happen.

Speaking to Page Six, Kanye's reps said: "Many of the details in his complaint are simply fantastical and false." They have also addressed a lawsuit, which accuses Kanye of abusing nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, which the rep has hit out at it being "designed to cause embarrassment and/or capitalize on perceived problems in Ye’s marriage."

The 22-page lawsuit, which was obtained by Rolling Stone, after it was filed in Los Angeles states: "A particularly notable task by Ye was to have [John] Doe [Kanye's employee] hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was traveling alone to visit family in Australia, without Ms. Censori’s knowledge."

It was alleged in May that Kanye was showing "erratic behaviour" during a time when he sacked "a large majority of the Yeezy leadership - including former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos," with allegations that he was addicted to nitrous oxide and that was affecting his decision making.

Doe's attorney Ronald Zambrano told media outlet: "My client believes there is a direct correlation between the nitrous oxide and the increase in paranoia and siege mentality that ended up happening in that time frame that Doe worked for West. There were internal concerns about the amount of nitrous oxide that was being delivered to his house."

Kanye and Bianca, who is an Australian architect, tied the knot in December 2022, were said to be close to separating with the rapper seen enjoying alone time in Tokyo. A source told Daily Mail : "Kanye and Bianca were responsible for the news that they were divorcing getting out there because this is what they both told people."

While another source claimed Bianca told pals in Australia they were splitting, she did reportedly hint the pair could reconcile. But one insider wasn't having any of it, blasting the who saga as a publicity stunt.

"They knew that, by doing this, it would create some buzz and make them relevant as he tries to promote his new album," the source continued. "They both know that people are just over them and that her naked outfits are not enough to keep people interested. Everyone has seen her naked now there is nothing to wonder about."
