Strictly Come Dancing's Tasha Ghouri has a famous ex that her Love Island fans may have forgotten about.

The blonde beauty is set to make her dance floor debut on the BBC show tonight, partnered with pro dancer Aljaz Skorjanec, and bookies are already predicting she has a good chance of taking home the Glitterball Trophy.

Despite being happily in a relationship with her Love Island co-star Andrew Le Page, Tasha has had a string of celebrity exes before becoming a star herself. Notably, she had a well-documented romance with former Strictly pro-Giovanni Pernice, but there was another reality TV heartthrob who won Tasha over before they eventually split.

Just three months before she stepped into the Majorcan villa for the ITV2 dating show, Tasha was seeing Too Hot To Handle star Robert Van Tromp. At 23, Tasha was smitten with the then-30-year-old Netflix star, but their love story ended abruptly.

Robert shot to fame on the Netflix reality show a year before Tasha stole his limelight on Love Island. Back in 2022, a source close to the former couple told Mail Online: "Robert is gutted after seeing Tasha on Love Island.

"She ticks all his boxes and he had hoped to reconnect with her after regretting their breakup. Tasha is the one that got away and he believes he let a gem go, watching her on the show this summer won't be easy for him."

It comes as blonde beauty Tasha and Andrew aren't sweating the so-called ' Strictly Come Dancing ' curse, with Tasha set to compete in the latest series of the BBC dance contest.

While other celebrities have found the show's demands challenging for their relationships, Tasha is unruffled, confessing her beau who she met on Love Island is the "hottest man on this whole planet".

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, she enthused: "Andrew, to me, is the hottest man on this whole planet." She continued: "I look at him and I'm like: 'Yeah, that's my man'. Me and Andrew trust each other 100 per cent."

Tasha is confident their relationship will sail through the Strictly experience, adding: "It's not a make-or-break for us. We're going to breeze through this because we're going to marry each other one day, you know."

Concerns about the 'Strictly curse' are non-existent for the couple, as Tasha says, "It doesn't bother us at all. We didn't have a discussion about 'the Strictly curse' because we trust each other."

Moreover, Andrew has formed a bond with Tasha's dance partner, Aljaz Skorjanec, and joined them for rehearsals, where "Aljaz taught Andrew some dance moves, which was funny," Tasha shared.

She also revealed that the couple shared a double date recently, stating: "Aljaz is so happy with his wife [Janette Manrara] and we went on a double date last night and had a lovely dinner with their beautiful daughter, Lyra. Andrew's been so supportive through it all."

Tasha, who was born deaf and received a cochlear implant at the age of five, aims to be an inspiration for young girls facing similar challenges. She revealed: "I'm doing 'Strictly' because it's been my biggest dream. It's genuinely been a goal for years, even more than Love Island."
