MAFS UK's Eve and Charlie now as same-sex couple open up on settling down

Married At First Sight UK has returned to E4, featuring Charlie Curtis and Eve Reid in a groundbreaking same-sex pairing. Eve, a 31-year-old fitness instructor from Omagh, Northern Ireland, was on the lookout for love not too far from home.

She found her match in Charlie, a 30-year-old lettings operations coordinator from Surrey. Coming out at 25 was a pivotal moment for Charlie, allowing her to embrace her "authentic and 'true' self".

Known as the party's heartbeat, Charlie is eager to find her perfect partner after four years of single life. Meanwhile, Eve shared her romantic aspirations: "I want to find somebody that I fall in love with and I want somebody to fall in love with me".

Eve also came out at 26 and has had one significant relationship, having been single for two years. The current status of their marriage remains under wraps.

Their Instagram accounts, however, offer a glimpse into their lives post-show, reports Belfast Live.

Charlie recently enjoyed a highlight when she attended Taylor Swift's Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium.

In awe of the experience, she wrote: "A dream come 'true'. Last night was just amazing, I was living my absolute best life at the Eras Tour in my Speak Now Era."

"18 years I have waited to see you @taylorswift and I can't even begin to describe how it felt to be there. Attending alone made it even more special in a way."

Meanwhile, the sensation from watching a live performance had one fan sharing their heartwarming experience online: "You then topped it off by playing Dear John in the acoustic set and I feel like a part of me and my younger self healed last night."

"Taylor's music and every single era has been through the good and the bad during the past 18 years and it was therapy to stand there with 92,000 people singing your songs with you right there in the same room."

Charlie took to social media to tease the most recent episode of MAFS, uploading pictures with the grooms during a heartfelt discussion.

Eve, another familiar face from the show, has been updating her followers with snapshots of her latest escapades, such as a peaceful meal and a stroll amongst nature.

A revealing post depicted Eve clasping hands with an unidentified partner, while a cheerful July photograph shows her glowing in a dining setting, accompanied by the suggestive caption: "Somebody making me smile the whole weekend."

As fans eagerly anticipate developments in Eve's on-screen romance, her recent posts hint that she may already be charmed by love off-air.
