Rapper Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs is facing more accusations after being sued over an alleged rape.

A woman named Thalia Graves has claimed the singer, 54, and a friend raped her in his Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. It's alleged the pair filmed the abuse.

The woman says Diddy and his head of security violently raped her in 2001. Graves has claimed to have had suicidal thoughts since. In her suit, she says she was dating one of Diddy's employees at the time. It's claimed she was lured into meeting the musician and his member of security alone and reportedly was given a drink.

In a copy of the lawsuit obtained by Mirror, she says she believes her drink was "likely laced with a drug that eventually caused her briefly to lose consciousness." Graves alleges she woke up and discovered she was bound and restrained while the rapper and his security guard continued to violate her and sexually abuse her.

The suit claims that the accuser had thought about killing herself and says she never reported the incident over fears the duo could use their power to ruin her life. The accuser says she still suffers severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks as a result of the rape. She went on to claim the video of the abuse which she says she became aware of last year was shown to multiple men which has compounded her distress.

The latest accusations come as Diddy remains incarcerated after being charged with other serious offences, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. He had been apprehended by Homeland Security Investigations agents on September 16.

His legal team requested he be bailed as he continues to plead not guilty. He has been denied bail twice. His next court appearance is in early October. His legal team told People that the Bad Boy Records founder is remaining "strong, healthy, and focused on his defence." They added: "He is committed to fighting this case and has full confidence in both his legal team and the truth."

It was reported on Tuesday that Diddy has been moved to a jail cell with "greater protection" in a different section of the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York City. It's been said that the unit is a barracks-style area housing 18 to 20 inmates who need a higher level of protection. This can include high-profile defendants and people who cooperate with investigations. The new reported location has been described as general population with more security.
