TOWIE's Mario Falcone cosies up to his ex Vicky Pattison as a guest at her wedding

Former TOWIE star Mario Falcone has shared a selection of snaps from Vicky Pattison and Ercan Ramadan's wedding in Italy, as he further showed off his new look after eye surgery

Former the Only Way is Essex star Mario Falcone has shared a collection of photos from his time at Vicky Pattison's nuptials to Ercan Ramadan in Italy.

Mario attended the sun-soaked occasion at the venue Castello Monaci in Puglia on Wednesday with his wife Becky. The couple were all smiles as they posed for the camera, with Mario taking to Instagram to give his followers a sneak peek into the blissful celebrations abroad.

One photo showed Mario and his wife beside bride Vicky, who who was a vision in her long-sleeved lace wedding gown and veil. "Amazing few days in Italy celebrating @vickypattison & @ercan_ram wedding. Felt truly honoured to be part of their special day. Wishing you lots of love and a lifetime of happiness," he captioned.

Mario cut a sharp figure in a blue suit paired with a white shirt, whilst Becky modelled burgundy dress that brushed the floor. The reality star also managed to snap a moment with the groom, Ercan, who coordinated with bride Vicky in his white ensemble. Ercan responded to Mario's post with a red heart emoji, as fans quickly chimed in with compliments. One fan enthused: "Becky looks gorgeous in her dress!" Another said: "Beautiful couple."

The post comes a month on from Mario showing up at Vicky's wedding in the UK, where fans said he looked 'unrecognisable' following eye surgery. "Celebrating our amazing friends' special day (part 1) cannot wait to celebrate in Italy," he captioned a photo with Becky, prompting one fan to comment: "Oh wow that doesn't look like him at all!" While another remarked that he looked like a "different" person.

Mario recently got candid about his surgery aimed at fixing his "hooded" eyelids, which he said had made him feel self-conscious. The procedure, a joint blepharoplasty that he said costs £3,700, was performed at Signature Clinic in London.

Sharing details about the surgery with his followers, the dad-of-two revealed: "It didn't hurt. [It] was done under local anesthetic so I didn't feel a thing. [...] I mean, I had two days in bed which was actually quite amazing with two kids that are five and one - it was quite nice to actually have some down time and chill."

As reported by OK! magazine, Vicky and Mario's history dates back to 2016 when they briefly dated, with them having reportedly kept the romance under wraps initially before Vicky was seen leaving his house one morning. Although Mario confessed they "tried to make it work," the romance fizzled out, with both parties attributing it to their busy schedules. Despite this, Mario had vowed they woulod stay friends, a promise they've clearly kept given his presence at her wedding years later.
