Gabby Logan says the secret to marriage is making each other laugh and getting things right in the bedroom . The sports presenter has been married to former rugby star Kenny for 23 years.

Asked for the secrets of their long term marriage, Gabby said: "He would say two duvets! But also making each other laugh and having respect for each other's goals and dreams and hopes and having the confidence to never feel any sense of professional or personal jealousy. We're enormously proud and supportive of one another."

Gabby and husband Kenny are just getting used to their kids Lois and Reuben moving out and it could prompt more change for the couple. Much of her work brings her into the capital or flying out to locations to front Champions League coverage for Prime Video or on the BBC.

Speaking about their kids moving out, Gabby told Bella magazine: "Although it's sad it brings with it flexibility. You can do things that you wouldn't have done before. It's reminded me of when Kenny and I first started going out. We used to live in Chiswick, south west London, and I drove through there the other day and had a real flashback to our early life as a 20 something couple. I'd love to rent out our house and live in central London for a few years. I never thought I'd do that but why not?"

Gabby, 51, also spoke about how she has changed her own diet and health regime since going through the menopause.

She explained: "I've found that I can't eat sugar because it doesn't agree with me, so I've cut it out. I also take Menopace supplements, to support my calcium, Vitamin D and magnesium levels - all the things that are going to set me up for long-term health. And I've discovered the joy of open water swimming. Embracing the cold has been amazing."

October is Menopause awareness month and Gabby says she has been raising awareness in recent years as she did not have the traditional symptoms. She is keen to "normalise conversations" on the topic so woman "realise there are many things that can change in that period of time" and not only the more obvious things which are talked about.

In 2022 Gabby's husband Kenny was treated for prostate cancer after it was picked up during a health check. Gabby says thankfully he has had "good blood tests" ever since then.
