A video of Justin Bieber singing about sickness has sparked more concern among his fans in the wake of Sean 'Diddy' Combs' arrest last week.

Disgraced Combs, 54, found himself under arrest at a New York City hotel on September 16 and was subsequently detained without bail on federal charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Despite the allegations, Combs has denied all charges, with his attorney asserting that the music tycoon is "an innocent man with nothing to hide."

While Combs is currently held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Centre, historic videos featuring a young Justin and Combs have resurfaced on social media and left many fans of the Baby singer concerned - with thousands dubbing Combs' comments in some of them to a teenage star 'creepy'.

Another clip was posted on X/Twitter which drove people to speak up for the former child star. The lyrics clearly struck a chord with many as Justin sang: "Everybody saw me sick, and it felt like no-one gave a s**t. They criticised the things I did as an idiot kid." He then belted out the chorus: "What if you had it all, but nobody to call. Maybe then you'd know me."

The user wrote: "No one protected him. Not even his family. I absolutely adore this song, but the words have always stood out to me. I hope he can heal with time."

Pop star Justin, who spent a lot of time with Combs as a minor, contributed to Combs' last record in September 2023, prior to allegations being made against the rapper, but is now said to be regretting his involvement in The Love Album: Off The Grid. "Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it so he has shut off," an insider disclosed last week.

"So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him," they revealed to the Daily Mail. The Peaches hitmaker - who recently welcomed a son into the world with wife Hailey Bieber - is believed to be so upset that he's choosing not to speak on any of the allegations.

The insider continued to allege that Bieber is now second-guessing his involvement in Combs' latest album; intimating that had Bieber known, he'd have steered clear. The pop star also reportedly took a "long break" from hanging out with Combs "when he believes most of this took place."

An awkward exchange between Bieber and Combs has also resurfaced online over recent weeks, causing discomfort among viewers. The footage shows the rapper criticising Bieber for not maintaining contact since becoming a household name.

As they shook hands, a young Bieber reassured Combs that he was "all good", only for Combs to probe further: "Everything's good? Selling out arenas and everything?" The mood turned when Combs remarked: "Starting to act different, huh? You ain't been calling me and hanging out the way we used to hang out."

In the video, a 16 year old Bieber stammered in response: "I mean you tried to get in contact with me throughout all my [projects] and what not - but you never got my number." Bieber then took out his phone and told Combs: "I'm going to tell you my number." Many have dubbed the exchange "creepy" in light of Combs' arrest.
