Princess Beatrice amps up the glamour in bump skimming dress on star studded night out

Princess Beatrice showed no signs of slowing down since announcing her pregnancy, as the stylish royal amped up her own sartorial glamour for a star-studded evening in central London

As Princess Beatrice prepares to expand her family following the news that she is currently pregnant with her second child, the popular royal showed no signs of slowing down as she brushed shoulders with a star studded array of famous faces on Tuesday evening. The 36 year old, who announced her pregnancy with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi earlier this month, was all smiles as she attended two events back to back in central London, with notable names including Nicky Hilton and Lady Kitty Spencer among the impressive guest list.

The first event was the launch of a stunning new capsule clothing collection by Nicky in collaboration with Australian designer Rebecca Vallance at Mayfair hotspot Gaia. For the occasion, the Princess even showed off her own sartorial knack as she donned a stunning a black dress with statement bow details, that perfectly skimmed her baby bump in a flattering but comfortable look.

Consisting of 31 pieces in total, the collection included evening gowns, party dresses and jumpers that are perfect for the upcoming holiday season, according to the Daily Mail - and may even have given Beatrice a few ideas for what to wear this Christmas while celebrating with her family.

After the event’s conclusion, there was no rest for the wicked as Beatrice headed off to her second engagement of the day, a dinner at The Orangery for cosmetics company Estée Lauder and Harrods. This time she was joined by Princess Diana’s nieces Lady Kitty Spencer and twins Lady Amelia Spencer and Lady Eliza Spencer, making the entire evening an unexpected family reunion!

The Orangery is also well known for its close proximity to Kensington Palace, the former home of the Prince of Wales, his wife Princess Kate and their three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Not one to be outdone for the evening, Princess Beatrice’s sister Princess Eugenie was also enjoying a night on the town on October 22, as she and husband Jack Brooksbank attended their own slate of events in Mayfair, just a stone’s throw from Beatrice.

The famous sisters are well known for sharing a close and intimate bond, with the pair having most recently deepened their connection by sharing stories of motherhood. Beatrice is the proud mother to daughter Sienna, 3 and stepson Wolfie, 8, while sister Eugenie is mother to sons August, 3 and Ernest, 1.

Recalling how they often support each other when frazzled, Eugenie recently told Hello! : “I ring her a lot about meltdowns and what do we do and this and that.”

Referencing a social media post Eugenie shared in response to her sister’s pregnant announcement, she added: “When I was Instagramming that photo, I rang her, and I was like, ‘What do you want me to say?’ Because I always want to ask, just in case. And she said, ‘Can’t wait to talk about the trials and tribulations of motherhood.’ ”

“I posted about our mothering journey, because it really is like you become part of a club — a mothering club. And when your children are the same age and they’re going through the same things, it’s just the luckiest thing in the world,” Eugenie added. “And Bea’s my big sister. I talk to her about everything.”
