Model Hailey Bieber has taken to social media to share a message to fans as concern grows for her husband Justin Bieber.

Videos featuring a young Justin Bieber and Sean 'Diddy' Combs have resurfaced over recent week following the millionaire rapper's arrest earlier this month. Justin spent a lot of time with Combs as a teenager and was mentored by the music mogul.

Combs, 54, was taken into custody at a New York City hotel on Sept. 16 and subsequently held without bail on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs has denied these allegations, with his lawyer portraying him as "an innocent man with nothing to hide."

New mum Hailey, whose father is actor Stephen Baldwin, and her spouse haven't publicly commented on Combs' arrest despite many fans commenting on resurfaced videos of Justin as a minor with an adult Combs. Justin has made just a handful of public appearances since allegations against Combs first emerged.

Posting to her Instagram Stories on Monday morning (UK time), Hailey shared a throwback image of her husband flipping off cameras. In the image a topless Justin can be seen stick his middle fingers up at onlooking photographers. Hailey captioned the image to her 53.6million followers: "Mood."

Prior to Combs' arrest last month, Justin, now 30, featured on the jailed star's latest album, The Love Album: Off The Grid, and contributed to a track called Moments. Last September, before any allegations against Combs had emerged, Justin expressed his appreciation for the collaboration with a heartfelt message on Instagram.

"I remember going to my brother Diddy's office to pitch him a song I wrote for him when I was like 14, sadly the song was trash haha," he shared on his Instagram Story. "And it would be a hard no from him, fast forward to a few years ago Puff asked if I would freestyle something for his upcoming love album. Wild full circle moment, love you @diddy," he added in the post.

But following Combs' arrest, rumours are swirling that Justin now regrets his collaboration on the album. "Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it so he has shut off," an insider revealed last month. "So many people who helped to make him who he is were very close to Diddy and it has completely thrown him," they claimed to the Daily Mail.

The 'Baby' hitmaker is said to be so upset that he's keeping mum on all the allegations. The source further claimed that Bieber is rueing his involvement in Combs' latest album, suggesting that the pop star wouldn't have participated if "he had known any of this." It's also been reported that Justin took a "long break" from hanging out with Combs "when he believes most of this took place."

While Combs is currently detained at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Centre, it's also reported that Justin is aware of his long-time friend and collaborator's legal troubles but is choosing to concentrate on fatherhood instead. An insider close to Justin, who recently celebrated the birth of his son Jack with wife Hailey, revealed that the new dad has been "in a happy bubble" since Jack's arrival and "just wants to focus on being a great dad and husband."

The once close connection between Justin and Combs took root early on, with a 15 year old Justin bursting onto the music scene after teaming up with Ushers label, swiftly becoming part of his mentor Usher's crew. Sean "He's having forty-eight hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we're doing we can't really disclose, but it's definitely a 15-year-old's dream."

A throwback video captures a fresh-faced Bieber with Combs back in 2009, chilling out ahead of a boys' weekend. In the footage, Combs announces: "He's having forty-eight hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we're doing we can't really disclose, but it's definitely a 15-year-old's dream."

Reflecting on his influence on Justin, echoing his earlier guidance for Usher, Combs remarked: "I have been given custody of him. He's signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album. I don't have legal guardianship of him [Bieber] but for the next forty-eight hours he's with me and we're gonna go full crazy." Bieber expresses his youthful exuberance when he suggests, "Let's go get some girls," to which Combs warmly chuckles, "Man after my heart," he declares. "That's what I'm talking about."

Combs was arrested on Monday, September 16, in New York City, facing serious allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. The courts have repeatedly refused him bail, and he's now behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Centre (MDC) in Brooklyn. Pleading not guilty, Combs has rebuffed all accusations. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, made a statement to the media on Tuesday, September 17, asserting: "Mr Combs is a fighter, he's going to fight this to the end. He's innocent. He came to New York to establish his innocence. He's not afraid, he's not afraid of the charges."
