Kerry Katona admits she's 'not in a great place' with fiancé as couple 'argue like cat and dog'

Kerry Katona has opened up about her incredibly tough week as she says she's "not in a great place" with fiancé Ryan Mahoney after constant "cat and dog" like arguments

Kerry Katona has been brutally honest about her recent struggles and how she's been arguing constantly with fiancé Ryan Mahoney. The former Atomic Kitten singer revealed she's been having a tough time lately and even admitted that they are "arguing like cat and dog". In her exclusive column, the 44 year old wrote: "I’ve not had the best time this week, it has been tough. Last week I was feeling really triggered because of the Liam Payne news and how similar it was to my late husband George’s death.

Kerry - who is mum to Lilly, Holly, Heidi, Max and DJ - told OK!: "And this week my mum hasn’t been well, her health is really declining and it is worrying for me. It’s hard to see. Ryan and I have been arguing like cat and dog too so we’ve not had the best time. We’re not in a great place at the moment. I do like to be honest when things are like this, though, because no one is perfect and everyone has their issues. I’d much rather be real about it."

Despite her tough time, Kerry also headed to Ireland to reunite with her eldest daughter Molly, who is studying at the Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art. Sharing a snap to Instagram from the trip, Kerry beamed from ear to ear while posing with Molly and her middle daughter Heidi.

"Well done my baby girl," wrote Kerry as she pointed to Molly, who had just performed on-stage. Kerry shares kids Molly, 23, and Lilly, 21, with her ex-husband Brian McFadden, while she is also mum to Max, 16, and Heidi, 17, from her relationship with Mark Croft and youngest daughter DJ, 10 with her late ex-husband George Kay.

Recently celebrating Molly's 23rd birthday, Kerry bought her eldest a tattoo gun for the milestone. She told OK!: "My Molly turned 23 over the weekend – I can’t believe how fast time is passing. Ryan and I spoiled her. She’s been asking for a tattoo gun for a while so we got her one and I’m going to let her tattoo me. I think it will be so special to have a tattoo done by my daughter on me forever. I don’t know what design I’ll choose yet – I don’t even care if it’s just a squiggle."
